About the Role:
As a Sales Analyst in the Sales Operations team at NetApp, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Salesforce CRM system used by global sales teams and partners. This role involves delivering outstanding operational support, analyzing problems, performing user acceptance testing, and ensuring smooth collaboration between sales, marketing, IT, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for CRM functions such as lead management, account management, forecasting, and sales tools configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues by identifying root causes.
- Ensure high-quality service by meeting SLAs and maintaining data integrity through data quality checks and reporting.
- Analyze and report support metrics to help improve sales operations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, Order Management, and Enterprise Reporting.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the sales user experience and recommend process improvements.
- Work in a 24/5 support model covering APAC, EMEA, and US shifts as assigned.
Key Technical Skills:
Salesforce.com administration, CRM tools, User administration, Data analysis, Problem solving, Reporting, Quality checks, UAT, Sales processes understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration (user management, security/visibility model, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales systems.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts covering different global regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to collaboration and contribution in projects.
Preferred:
- Experience in Incident (Case) Management.
- Prior work as CRM Admin in large-scale enterprise systems.
